I&amp;#39;ve provided you with a clear picture of the sales prices and trends
between 2000 and 2009.&amp;nbsp; This data is taken directly from all the sales
listed in the MLS (Multi-List System).&amp;nbsp; (Median sales price means,
effectively, that half the houses sold for more and half the houses
sold for less.) &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:5.15pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:5.15pt;"&gt;The &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Median Sales Price&lt;/span&gt; reflects the actual sales trends in this 10-year period.&amp;nbsp; The &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;4% Increase Per Year &lt;/span&gt;indicates what that same sales price would have been with an average 4% increase per year.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#39;s
too early in 2010 to see trends. However, sales prices continue to
