What Are 10-Year Sales Trends in Oakville School District? (St. Louis County Real Estate - Missouri)

Here's more info on sales trends for homes in St. Louis County real estate! These are the 10-year sales stats for OAKVILLE schools in South St. Louis County, Missouri.  I've provided you with a clear picture of the sales prices and trends between 2000 and 2009.  This data is taken directly from all the sales listed in the MLS (Multi-List System).  (Median sales price means, effectively, that half the houses sold for more and half the houses sold for less.)

The Median Sales Price reflects the actual sales trends in this 10-year period.  The 4% Increase Per Year indicates what that same sales price would have been with an average 4% increase per year.

It's too early in 2010 to see trends. However, sales prices continue to slowly increase in many areas.  For more information about the current market value of a specific property, give me a call at 314-406-3200.
